Svart plastplugg med gängor, preserveringsprodukt från Reál Marine AS för offshore och industri

Redesign of Real Rapid Bolt

In 2023, we launched the new and revolutionary fastening bolt for the Rapid Soft Cover. Going from approximately 20 different plug sizes to one bolt and 3 different washers that can be used on almost all flange sizes!

The first version was a press fit and had to be turned a quarter turn to fasten.

Following customer feedback, we redesigned both the bolt and the locking washers. The bolt now features threads and improved grip for easier handling with gloves. The groove in both the bolt and the washer still allows for quick fastening, just like the original! Slide the washer onto the bolt and turn - the washer will screw into place. This ensures an even better hold!

The bolt is available in 2 lengths: 90mm and 130mm. The washers come in 30mm, 50mm, and 80mm
