Zerust VCI Capsules

Zerust VCI caps (emitters) are designed to provide corrosion protection in non-vented junction boxes, electrical cabinets and in tool/equipment boxes. VCI capsules provide invisible corrosion protection without leaving any residue on the metal!

VCI stands for Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor and when the capsules are unpacked, a gas is released at low pressure which settles in a molecular layer on all metal surfaces in the container, even if it is built up with complex isometry.

The protective layer of VCI molecules does not change the metal's resistance, magnetic or thermal properties.
Zerust VCI capsules provide 12 or 24 months of corrosion protection from salt, moisture, gases, H2S and airborne pollution.
