Reál Rapid Bolt

Reál Rapid Bolt. A cross between a through-bolt and a zip tie!

The unique, patented design allows you to lock the bolt in position with a small twist of the locking washer. To release the bolt again, simply twist it back and the locking washer is released from the bolt.

Usually used to fasten flange protectors to flanges. Equally suitable for both Rapid Soft Cover and Plywood protectors! The bolt is 125mm long and therefore long enough to fit the vast majority of flange types, sizes, and pressure ratings. The locking washers are 30, 50, and 80mm in size.

Can also be used for any application where you need a quick connection, but a zip tie is too simple and a steel through-bolt is too heavy-duty!
