Reál Marine provides chemical preservation products for the storage and transport of metals, machinery, and industrial equipment. Our range covers VCI oils, wax and oil coatings, rust removers, and lubricants from Zerust and Interflon – solutions that meet NORSOK Z-006 and international standards for corrosion protection.
VCI oils and anti-rust treatment
The Axxanol series from Zerust is a leader in metal protection. Axxanol 750 is a light oil for surface treatment prior to storage. Axxanol 34CD is extra light and ideal for indoor use. Both provide long-term corrosion protection without traditional oil or grease.
Coatings for long-term protection
Axxacoat 90B-HFS is a coating for outdoor protection. Axxatec 80C is water-based and solvent-free – an environmentally friendly alternative. Film WB from Interflon meets NORSOK requirements for stainless surfaces.
Cleaning and maintenance
Axxaclean 3048 removes rust effectively. Axxawash NW 10C cleans and protects simultaneously. Degreaser EM30 is a powerful degreaser for industrial components.
VCI additives for existing fluids
The Zeriol series is mixed directly into oils for extra corrosion protection. FOD works in fuels, MCO protects motor oils, and MOV is adapted for hydraulic fluids during long-term storage.
Fogging and specialized solutions
VCI powder (Activ 10F-LS) fills enclosed spaces with protective vapor. Zerion FVS-B15 protects glycol mixtures in pipelines. Lubricants such as Fin Super and Grease HD2 cover all mechanical needs.
