HST-10 is a powder additive used in pressure testing of piping systems. Deactivates ions that have contaminated the test water so that corrosion ceases. Mixes in low concentrations but still provides effective protection against flash rust for a period after the pressure testing is finished. Therefore prevents rust from gaining a foothold for the rest of the construction period.
