AmberLite™ IRN150 H/OH ion exchange resin is a nuclear-grade, uniform particle size, gel, strong acid cation and strong base anion ion exchange resin mixture for water treatment applications in the power industry. It is designed specifically for use in systems where the highest purity and stability are required, and where the resin must have a minimum of ionic and non-ionic contamination.
These high standards of purity allow plants to achieve reliable and safe production while reducing the need for equipment maintenance and minimizing the impact of unplanned outages. AmberLite™ IRN150 H/OH is a stoichiometric equivalent mixture of AmberLite™ IRN77 H ion exchange resin and AmberLite™ IRN78 OH ion exchange resin on a 1:1 equivalent basis. The resin combines the properties of high capacity and excellent physical strength. The ready-to-use resin also enables faster replacement and initial rinse before use, which minimizes startup time and wastewater volume.
