Zerust Axxanol 34CD pail 20 ltr

Zerust Axxanol 34CD is a rust-preventing coating that leaves a very light glossy and almost dry surface.

Use Axxanol 34CD to protect parts during, for example, the assembly process. After allowing the metals to dry completely, place in Zerust (VCI - volatile corrosion inhibitor) packaging products for a more robust solution that protects for several years and under challenging conditions such as ocean transport. The coating can be removed with most alkaline cleaning agents or, in most cases, simply left on the surface. The thin layer does not affect torque or part pull-out requirements and was tested by an independent laboratory and found to be compatible with most motor oils.

The parts coated with Axxanol 34CD and dried are safe to touch and have a near dry to touch finish. During drying, the solvent will evaporate completely, leaving the part with a protective coating. It is not necessary to use personal protective equipment such as a mask or goggles.
