The tapered plug in LLD-PE (linear low density polyethylene) is a versatile solution for plugging and covering threads, pipe ends, and openings. EP270, or DBI-Dut as it is also called, provides the plug with excellent protection against damage, dust, moisture, and corrosion during storage and transport and is often used for masking during sandblasting and painting.
Dbi dut is designed with an increasing outer diameter for flexible adaptation to various dimensions, and can be used both as a plug and a cap.
