This series is designed for installation over flange joints to prevent personal injury and damage in the event of a hazardous spray out.

Steel rings SRM 3600 are used for high temperature and/or pressure applications when PP spray shields are unsuitable for the design conditions.

Spray shield in stainless steel in ASTM 316 is suitable for a maximum operating temperature of 1100 °C and a maximum operating pressure of 240 bar.
